Yesterday I found the postcard-style registration card in the mail. This was a fast turn-around of just 12 days and I have to admit I am impressed. I thought with all the budget issues the FAA might have slowed down in the paperwork branch but apparently not so.
Now that I have my registration, I have made arrangements to get my data plate engraved. As both have to match to the T I thought it wise to wait until I had the exact spelling in writing (how else could it be spelled out?). The data plate should be back by the end of the month.
