Airplane Registration Filed

I could not get to work today as I had promised myself to finally focus on the critical requirement of getting my pile of aluminum officially registered as an airplane with the FAA.

I had all the required forms from Van's since last August after I had received my engine, so getting this all together and filed was just a chore but not really challenging.

And, luckily, I had the only DAR left in the State of Arizona who holds function code 47 for doing Airworthiness Inspections and Certifications on E-LSAs get back to me. It looks like he is ready and willing to do this and so I am getting confident that I might be able to maintain my schedule of getting this done in late September/October.
